- Handling entire recruitment cycle with exposure to HR operational activities.
- Sourcing candidates of suitable calibre from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Cold Calling, Head Hunting, Social Media and Internal or External References.
- End-to-end recruitment for the allocated positions.
- Able to handle Online JOB Portals like Naukri.com, Monstor.com Etc.
- Pre and Post joining Hand holding with the New Joinee.
- Managing Recruitment Database and other MIS activities.
- Documentation related to joining, Induction Formalities, preparing offer letters and appointment letter.
- Exit formalities like Exit interviews, clearance, Experience letter and Relieving letters.
- Exposure to organizing different activities for Employee Engagement and for maintaining harmonious relations with the employees like monthly celebrations, events, parties and celebrating birthdays and festivals
- Knowledge on preparing offer letters for employees.
- Knowledge on Employee On boarding Process
- Knowledge on preparing HR related letters for employees – Address proof, Employment proof, Salary revision letters Etc.
- Knowledge on HR Operations
- Knowledge on Payroll processing (providing inputs to the payroll team on a monthly basis with regards to LOP, attendance, Salary revision, Employee data changes, etc)
- Knowledge on Employee benefits
- Knowledge on Employee exit formalities
- Knowledge on Employee document management and Induction
- Knowledge on updating New hire inputs on HR Tool
- Knowledge on HR Audit
- Attendance collection and collation
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Good Communication Skills
- Good knowledge with Excel
