  • Generating and making prospective Clients Database from various sources like Magazine, newspapers, Online, industrial Dictionary & many more.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating & safe custody of database.
  • Calling prospective Clients, given telephonic company information & tacking right persons Contact information and all details.
  • Calling right person and introducing comp. and sending company information, quotations & finalization.
  • If sales in not finalizing then tacking appointment for BDE and passing all info to him.
  • Sending all documents, quotation, bills and related information to client by superior instructions.
  • Maintaining call records response schedule appointment & recalling.
  • Tacking advertising material from clients. And replying them.
